How it works

The complete walkthrough

From the sticker on your windshield to the note in your dashboard - here's everything that happens, step by step.

1

Every tag has its own ID

Each Cronsmart tag carries one Tag ID - like CVT-EE9EJB - printed under the QR code and encoded inside it. The prefix tells you the type: CVT car, CBT bike. That single ID is what you type in to claim the tag, and it's how anyone can look your tag up on the site.

2

Get it into your account

Bought online? Tags are linked to your account the moment payment completes, and the physical stickers ship to you.
Bought from a Cronsmart executive or store? Create a free account → Add a tag → enter the Tag ID. It's yours instantly, and from then on no other account can add it. If your seller gave you a referral code, add it there too.

3

Build your smart profile

Each type asks for what matters: registration number and model for cars, medical info and blood group for riders. Add your name, mobile, an emergency contact - then use the privacy toggles to control exactly which of those a scanner can see. Prefer WhatsApp? Enable the WhatsApp button.

4

Someone scans it

Any phone camera opens your public page - no app installs. The scanner can read the info you allowed, leave you an anonymous note ("your lights are on", "I found your bag"), tap Call emergency contact, or message you on WhatsApp if enabled. Notes are honeypot-protected and rate-limited, so pranksters get bored fast.

5

Emergency? Flip the Red Alert

One toggle in your dashboard turns the scan page into a flashing red alert with your custom message - "This vehicle is reported stolen", "Max is missing, reward for safe return". Every scan while Red Alert is on notifies you immediately, so you know the moment your tag surfaces.

6

Watch it work

Your dashboard shows every tag, its scan history (device type only - we never identify scanners), and every note received. Download your QR as a crisp SVG any time for a custom print.
